Ingredients

  • 45 ml bourbon whiskey
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • Ice

Method

Shake the whiskey, lemon juice and syrup with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. This version omits egg white.

Glassware: Rocks glass
Garnish: Orange slice and a cocktail cherry, or orange peel
