Shipping policy

VANE merchandise ships directly to customers at the destinations and rates offered at checkout. Merchandise dispatches in 3–5 business days. Made-to-order apparel is decorated after you order. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier delivery time is additional; express shipping does not shorten production time.

 

Shipping charges and services are shown before you pay. Check your address, size, garment color and logo color before ordering. Email hello@vanespirits.com promptly for help with changes, which may not be possible after production or dispatch.

 

We send tracking information when available. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund. Contact us if tracking stalls or an order arrives damaged; keep the packaging and photographs to help resolve the issue.

 

Spirits ordering is coming soon and is not available through this merchandise checkout. Apparel shipping availability does not mean alcohol can be delivered to the same address. Future spirits orders will be subject to applicable state and local laws, destination eligibility, age verification and delivery requirements disclosed when ordering becomes available.
