This website and merchandise store are operated by VANE Spirits and powered by Shopify. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website. The site is intended for visitors aged 21 and older.

 

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Review your selections and total before ordering. Prices, availability and details may change before purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, identify an error or need clarification, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction or refund for unfulfilled items.

 

Product images may include digital decoration previews. Screen colors and final placement can vary slightly. Measurements and materials are specific to the listed style; consult the garment care label. Born in Minnesota describes our brand heritage and does not mean every blank garment was manufactured in Minnesota.

 

SHIPPING, CHANGES AND RETURNS

Our Shipping and Refund policies form part of these terms. Production and carrier transit time are separate. Contact hello@vanespirits.com promptly for changes or product issues. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights provided by applicable law.

 

SPIRITS AND FUTURE RELEASES

Spirits pages are informational. Alcohol is not sold through the current merchandise checkout. Future availability depends on lawful ordering channels, destination restrictions and age-verification requirements. Coming-soon pages do not accept payment unless ordering is explicitly enabled with the applicable terms.

 

WEBSITE USE

Provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the store, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information. VANE and Flying Dutchman names, artwork and protected content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing merchandise does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
