Ingredients

  • 45 ml bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 1 sugar cube
  • A few dashes aromatic bitters
  • A few dashes water
  • Ice

Method

Dampen the sugar with bitters and water in a rocks glass. Crush and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add ice and whiskey, then stir gently.

Garnish: Orange peel and a cocktail cherry
