Vane Bev Co. carries forward the spirits-production, product-development and hospitality experience established through Flying Dutchman Spirits in 2017. VANE is being structured around the lessons of that operating history.
A product foundation.
Management estimates approximately 7,500 bottle-equivalents of product across the portfolio. This is a volume-equivalent estimate, not a count of finished, sale-ready bottles. Applicable processing, packaging, labeling and regulatory work remains before commercial sale.
Production designed to support growth.
Management’s experience with the prior operation included periods when available finished spirits constrained cocktail-room pours, bottle availability and retail distribution. That experience informs VANE’s strategy: develop and own the brands and product concepts while working with properly licensed production partners, rather than owning all underlying manufacturing infrastructure.

- Spirits and distribution: develop the portfolio and build relationships with licensed market-access and retail partners.
- Food and hospitality: develop VANE Distilling Co. as a spirits-forward restaurant and bar with reasons to visit beyond alcohol.
- Retail demand: use product discovery and hospitality to support awareness and trial, with take-home demand directed to licensed retailers.
- Apparel and lifestyle: create additional ways for customers to engage with the brand.
- Long-term expansion: establish and test a repeatable hospitality model through two intended Minnesota flagships before considering additional company-owned or franchised locations.
